• Orders will be shipped within 1-5 working days. Delivery time for Australia varies from 2-14 working days depending on your location. New Zealand delivery times vary between 2-6 weeks. All orders are shipped from our Queensland Australia location.
• If an order is returned / lost because of customer providing incorrect address or package is returned for any reason the customer must than pay shipping & handling and product costs for redelivery to the correct address. If an order is returned to us stating - unknown/gone away/insufficient address/refused/unclaimed there will be a $10 additional charge, courier charges us the $10 fee therefore the customer will pay the fee plus $9.95 - $15 fee for redelivery.
